Since there are as many different goals as there are people, we offer a variety of excellent tools and "tailor" programs individually. Each person is free to choose the techniques they prefer. While we don't mix different tools (we maintain the integrity of each tool), we do offer techniques from a variety of disciplines sequentially. Because we find that positive subconscious beliefs are crucial to success, whatever the goal, we recommend that PSYCH-K® be part of each person's "tailored" program.

Here's a real-life story of how one woman used a combination of
PSYCH-K® and self-hypnosis to successfully lose weight and keep it off after all else failed. One of our clients named Brenda (not her real name) had been trying to lose 30 pounds for 30 years. She'd been on every diet you can name (and then some) and had lost weight several times, only to gain it back, with "interest" a short time later.  You can imagine how discouraged and frustrated when she first came to us, but that's not the end of her story.
